Big Baby Jax went to see Dr. Michel today for his 9-month well check-up. How we LOVE everyone at that office...and miss them from work too!
Jax was 29 inches long--the 75th percentile for height.
He was 21 pounds 7.5 ounces--the 50th percentile for weight.
And his head was 18.5 inches--the 90th percentile for head circumference.
Just as I thought! Recently I have been telling Justin that Jackson looked like he was "slimming down." At 6 months, he was in the 70th percentile for both height and weight. I think he just packed on the pounds before he grew in length. Now things are balancing out--but he still wears size 12-18 months! Big boy!
Also...I have a NOT ME MONDAY statement, Tuesday edition:
We were NOT at Chick-Fil-A today. My mom certainly would NEVER give Jackson a plastic spoon with baby cereal on it. Then, in trying to pry it from his grasp...said spoon did NOT become a slingshot. The kind gentleman at the table beside us, was NOT suprised by a glob of cereal on his cup. Nope. Never!
Thankfully, this man was super nice...thought it was hilarious actually.
