Last night we officially celebrated Justin's *cough* 29th birthday by going to see John Mayer in concert. This was always his dream concert...and it just so happened to be 4 days after his big day.
making it the obvious perfect present.
We got there early...and waited outside the gates for a bit...so that we could have a good parking spot. :)
The only bad thing about having assigned seats? You can't pick who buys the ones in front of yours. This was our view during the opening act. Thankfully, we weren't that interested in seeing it. Everyone stood up for John Mayer...including us.
Now, that's more like it.
It was a wonderful (and much needed) date. Good company, good (expensive) food, good giveaways (note the Geico hat), and good music.
